In addition to currently serving as Chairman of abra, Gabi has been Founder and Managing Partner at Alpha LTI since 2005.
He is also Founding Partner & Chairman at Ragnar Crossover Fund that specializes in investments in private companies and leading them to the public arena.
Prior to 2005, Gabi worked at the Tamir Fishman investment company in the field of investments. Gabi served in the Oketz Unit (canine special forces) in the IDF. He holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a BA in finance and management from the Academic College of Tel Aviv.
Ziva has vast managerial experience in the public and business sectors.
Ziva holds an MSc in Chemistry (polymer science) from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a BSc in Chemistry from Tel Aviv University. She is also certified as a quality engineer by the American National Standards Institute.
For more than a decade, Ziva served as CEO of the Standards Institution of Israel. She also served as Vice President of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and served as Chair of its Technical Management Board (situated in Geneva).
Ziva currently serves as director of hi-tech companies, offers consultancy services to governments in the field of regulation enforcement risk management, and assists startup companies in a range of fields.
Patir also currently serves as Chair of The Board for the Habima Theatre, President of the International Women’s Forum in Israel, member of the Managing Board of the Israel Film Council, the Foundation for the Welfare of Holocaust Victims, Lahav Executive Education at Tel-Aviv University, and more.
Rita, CPA, has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of forensic accounting in Israel and overseas. Rita serves as an external director, with expertise in accounting, for a number of public companies.
In 2013, Rita holds a BSc in accounting from the University of Kean in the US, and served as CPA in an accounting firm in the US. In 2005, Rita was a senior advisor for almost a decade at Grant Thornton Advisory.
In 2013, Rita founded Avni Advisory Services.
Tal is an entrepreneur and expert in awareness and communications strategy. Founder and CEO of Goldfinger Communications, that offers integrated marketing communication services in the field of crisis management, healthcare, security, and IT.
Tal serves as director in a number of public companies and voluntarily assists NGOs.
Eran, CPA, holds a BA in finance and accounting from Tel Aviv University.
An experience in accounting, Eran has held key positions in public companies, including Nice Asia Pacific and Qualitau.
Eran serves as external director for Scope Metal and previously for Phoenix Insurance.
Founder and Co-CEO of HomeRun, an international company that specializes in importing furniture for offices, hotels, and educational projects.
Tal has over 20 years of experience in a variety of investment management and strategic consulting positions in the Israeli and global capital market. Tal specializes in building investment structures following successful execution of many transactions as a buyer, a seller, and a consultant.
Prior to joining VBF, Tal served as a partner in Shamrock Growth Fund, where he sourced and led processes for identification, investment, value creation and successful sale of companies in different industries. In addition, he served as a strategy & corporate finance consultant during his tenure at McKinsey & Co.
Tal is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an MBA with distinction from Cornell University and a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the Tel Aviv College of Management.
